Can I use ALPOL ELITE sanitary silicone for filling joints in marble tiles?

Unfortunately, you cannot. ALPOL ELITE sanitary silicone contains acetate silicone. Due to its acid properties, it can react with compounds present in marble, i.e. with calcium and magnesium carbonates.
