Can AT 317 and AT 318 finish coats be applied on poured concrete walls?

They can. However, please note that such walls require proper treatment before application of finish coat.
Holes and bubbles in concrete should be filled with the finish coats of thicker consistency or, in case of larger defects, the concrete should be spread with levelling mortar. The first finish coat be applied only after the wall is prepared that way.
