I have added a garage. I want the ceiling surface to be smooth. However, there are formwork traces left on the ceiling. What is the easiest and quickest way to plaster it?

For small areas, it is recommended to use ALPOL AG T29 gypsum plaster applied by hand. It can be applied by hand once in an 8 mm coat or several times by spreading the plaster with a wide float. A smooth surface can be obtained within 1.5 hours.
