We kindly inform that the competent respective corporate bodies of the companies concerned have decided to merge Zakład Surowców Chemicznych i Mineralnych "Piotrowice II" Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Tarnobrzeg with the following companies: Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe "Alpol" Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Sitkówka and "Alpol Gips" Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Fidor.
The merger of the companies took place on 31.08.2016 pursuant to Afticle 492 5 1(1) of the Commercial Companies Code.
In consideration of the foregoing, pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Commercial Companies Code, ZSChiM "Piotrowice II" Sp. z o.o. became the general successor of P.W. "Alpol" Sp. z o.o. and "Alpol Gips" Sp. z o.o., meaning that all the rights and obligations of P.W. "Alpol" Sp. z o.o. and "Alpol Gips" Sp. zo.o. as companies being acquired, were transferred to ZSChiM "Piotrowice II" Sp. z o.o. by operation of law,
We believe that the entering by such a renowned and highly regarded manufacturer of construction chemicals as Zakład Surowców Chemicznych and Mineralnych "Piotrowice II" Sp. z o.o. into the rights and obligations of "Alpol Gips" Sp. z o.o. and P.W. "Alpol" Sp. z o.o. will strengthen our position as supplier whereas our expanded product range (under the brands of Alpol, Stabill, Satyn and Huzar) became one of the widest, ranges currently available on the Polish market and the transformation into a single modern and well organized company, capable of serving the construction chemicals market in a comprehensive manner, will become a generator of our Partners success.
