A complex of cosy buildings is housing 144 flats that were handed over to their tenants in 2004.Derby V is another investment at the well-known and highly-commended Derby estate. A complex of cosy, 2-storey buildings with 270 flats in total is located in the Białołęka municipality, in ul. Skarbka z Gór.
