“Enklawa” housing estate in Kielce. The estate was built in a place where "Domator" housing cooperative had been planning to build a multilevel garage. However, "Domator” failed to find buyers for the parking spaces and the construction was suspended. The new owner of the lot, "Master Kort” from Kielce, decided to use it in a different way. 96 flats on four levels and garages for 80 cars were built. On the roofs of a part of them a greenery yard was made. The estate was designed as barrier-free. During construction, ALPOL wall cladding adhesives were used in the interiors, along with a wool insulation system solution – ALPOL EKO PLUS WM.
