For filling and waterproofing of expansion and structural joints, scratches and cracks from 4 up to 20 mm in width in building facilities. Recommended for use on terraces and balconies, swimming pools, bathrooms and kitchens, thermally insulated walls, car park pavements, garage floors, industrial floors and roofs, between ceramic cladding as well as between concrete, steel, timber and PVC components. For bonding of lightweight metal and steel structures. Suitable also for waterproofing, joining and bolting in residential, industrial, road and hydro-engineering construction applications. Being tested for covering power, the hardened surface can be coated with paint and varnish. Intended for interior and exterior use.

Substrate type
Ceramic tiles (glazed, terracotta, gres, mosaic, cotto and clinker tiles) glass tiles and elements, stone tiles and elements, sanitary ceramics, porcelain and faience elements, enamel elements, concrete and cement surfaces, impregnated timber, stainless steel, chromium-plated steel, aluminium and other metals and their alloys. Before using on plastics (polyacrylic, PVC, polyester and epoxide panels, polystyrene) or paint coatings, it is recommended to carry out an adhesion test. Do not use for bonding with polypropylene, polyethylene, Teflon and bitumen.
Substrate preparation
The substrate should be dry and free of adhesives or grouting mortar, dust, dirt, grease, rust, peeling courses or contaminations (e.g. residues of previous sealing materials) that may impair adhesion of the compound. In case of substrates that are porous, brittle, exposed to water or high mechanical loads, prime them with a primer for polyurethane putty. Protect surfaces that are not to be covered with the compound with a painters’ tape. Remove the tape as soon as the compound has been applied.
Instructions for use
Before using the product, pierce the threaded tip of the cartridge and screw the supplied funnel onto the tip. Trim the funnel according to the width of the joint. The cartridge is then to be placed in the application gun. Apply the compound into the crevice with a slight excess. Apply uninterruptedly, leaving no gaps or empty areas. Level the compound with a putty knife or a similar tool, wetted with soapy water, etc. Make sure, this is done within 10 minutes from application
Tools
Hand-operated or pneumatic application gun, putty knife or a similar levelling tool.
