Substrate type
Ceramic, porcelain stoneware, chemical-resistant and swimming-pool tiles.

Substrate preparation
Prior grouting, remove excess of adhesive from the joints, clean them and remove the dust. Tile edges should be dry. Check tile resistance to discolouration.
Note: Tiles fixed with adhesives applied in thin layer e.g. ALPOL AK 516, AK 515 and AK 513 adhesives can be grouted at least after 24 hours. Tiles fixed with quick-setting adhesives e.g. ALPOL AK 512 can be grouted after 6 to 8 hours. Tiles fixed with adhesives applied in medium and thick layer e.g. ALPOL AK 517 can be grouted only after the adhesive under the tiles has dried out.

Instructions for use
To prepare ALPOL AH 760 epoxy pointing grout for application carefully stir the whole package with the use of a low-speed electric drill (600 rpm) with a basket mixer until homogeneous mix is obtained (mixing time from 3 to 4 minutes). Use only special tools intended for epoxy products to apply the compound. Immediately after grouting, clean off any remains of the compound from tile surface. Use warm water for cleaning.

Tools
Mixer or low-speed electric drill, basket mixer, float and putty knife for epoxy products.

Working conditions
Work in ambient temperatures between +10°C and + 25°C; around +15°C recommended. Heat the compound up or cool it down in water bath, if necessary. Do not add any other agents to the mix. Protect freshly applied compound from exposure to sunlight, excessive drying and moisture.

Storage
In original, not damaged, tightly closed containers in dry and cool place – shelf life 6 months from production date. Protect the product from freezing.

Notes
The specifications and instructions for use are given for the temperature of (23±2)°C and relative air humidity of (55±5)%. The workability and drying time may alter in different climate. Wear safety goggles. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Protect your skin. Use protective clothing and gloves. Keep away from children. Use warm water for cleaning tools. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage caused by unskilful or inappropriate use of the product.
