Substrate type
Thermal insulation system surface with reinforcing mesh embedded in ALPOL AK 531, ALPOL AK 532, ALPOL AK 533 or ALPOL AK 534 adhesive. Cement and cement-lime plaster, cement finish, seasoned concrete surfaces.

Substrate preparation
The substrate should be dry, clean, stable, sound (reinforcing layer at least 3 days after embedding mesh in adhesive, cement and cement-lime plaster – 28 days after application, cured concrete). Remove brittle, loose and peeling material with poor adhesion, patch damages with ALPOL AZ 130 quick-setting mortar or ALPOL AZ 135 levelling mortar. Treat loose or absorbing substrates with ALPOL AG 700 penetrating primer or with ALPOL AG 704 primer for absorbing substrates. Treat the substrate with ALPOL AG 701 primer for mineral plaster at least 24 hours before plaster application.

Instructions for use
Mix all the contents of the bag with specified amount of clean and cold water and stir manually or mechanically to bring the mixture to homogenous and required consistency. Allow 5 minutes and stir the prepared mix again. Spread the plaster with a steel float, and level it accordingly. Use a plastic float to make a textured finish. Use prepared mix within 1 hour from mixing with water. If the mix thickens in that period of time, stir it throughout again without adding water. Adding too much water prolongs setting time and impairs all plaster characteristics, such as: adhesion and strength. Do not use dirty or rusty tools or containers.

Tools
Mixer or low-speed electric drill, basket mixer, stainless steel float and trowel, plastic float, scaled container for dosing water, container for plaster.

Working conditions
Work in ambient temperatures between +5°C and +25°C. Do not add any other substances. Protect fresh plasterwork from excessive drying and moisture and direct sunlight. Scaffolding guards are recommended.

Storage
Store in original, unopened packages in dry place – shelf life 12 months from production date. Protect from moisture during transport and storage.

Notes
The specifications and instructions for use are given for the temperature of (20±2)°C and relative air humidity of (65±5)%. The workability may alter in different conditions. Irritating to eyes and respiratory system. Appropriate eye, respiratory system and skin protection measures should be used. Becomes alkaline after mixing with water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Keep away from children. Use water to remove fresh dirt or ALPOL AI 770 cleaner to remove hardened dirt. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage caused by unskilful or inappropriate use of the product.
