Substrate type
Prefabricated concrete or poured in boarding systems, cement and cement-lime plasters.

Substrate preparation
The substrate must be dry and sound enough, free from dust, dirt, fat, paint and bituminous substances. Remove loose, brittle and peeling plaster coats, and patch larger damages with ALPOL AZ 130 quick-setting mortar or ALPOL AZ 135 levelling mortar. Treat the loose substrate with ALPOL AG 700 or ALPOL AG 703 deep penetrating primer to reduce substrate absorption, if necessary.

Instructions for use
Mix the contents of bag with specified amount of clean and cold water and stir manually or mechanically to bring the mixture to homogenous and required consistency. Allow 5 minutes and stir the entire mix again. Apply the finish coat with the use of a machine or a stainless steel float. It is recommended to apply at least two coats of the finish coat. Rub the first coat into the substrate, in order to smoothen out any irregularities, gaps, pores and cracks. Apply the second coat after ca. 30-60 minutes, depending on substrate absorption and weather conditions. Work on wet mortar, using a steel, felt or sponge float. When dry, grind the finish coat with sand paper. The finish coat can be painted after it has dried completely (3-14 days depending on the coat thickness, temperature and humidity). Use prepared mix within 3 hours from mixing with water. If the finish coat thickens in that period of time, stir it again intensively without adding water. Adding too much water prolongs setting time as well as impairs all finish coat characteristics, such as adhesion and strength.

Tools
Mixer or low-speed electric drill, basket mixer, finish coat unit, stainless steel trowels and floats, container.

Working conditions
Work in ambient temperatures between +5°C and +30°C. Do not add any other agents to the finish coat. Do not allow the fresh finish coat to moisten or dry excessively. Ensure sufficient ventilation and fresh air while working indoors.

Storage
Store in original, unopened packages in a dry place – shelf life 12 months from production date. Protect from moisture during transport and storage.

Notes
The specifications and instructions for use are given for the temperature of (20±2)°C and relative air humidity of (65±5)%. The workability and setting time may alter in different conditions. Irritating to eyes and respiratory system. Appropriate eye, respiratory system and skin protection measures should be used. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Keep away from children. Use water to remove fresh dirt or ALPOL AI 770 cleaner to remove hardened dirt. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage caused by unskilful or inappropriate use of the product.
