Substrate type
Properly seasoned mineral cement-lime, cement and gypsum plasters, acrylic, gypsum, cement and lime finish coats, concrete substrates, gypsum boards and firmly adhering dispersion paint coats.

Substrate preparation
The substrate should be dry, clean, stable and sound, free from dust and greasy spots, without efflorescence. Remove any loose material not bonded to the substrate. Level and patch irregularities. Wash old paint coats with water and detergent. Sand off old oil paint to reach the original substrate. Before paint application, treat old, absorbing or dusty substrates (strongly chalking) with ALPOL AG 700 deep penetrating primer or with ALPOL AG 704 colourless primer for absorbing substrates. In case of painting freshly made mineral substrates (e.g. cement, cement-lime plaster) allow minimum 4-week seasoning time. It is recommended to apply an underlayment coat with ALPOL AF 610 paint thinned with water in the proportion 9:1. Any surface not intended for painting must be covered accordingly.

Instructions for use
The product is ready to use. When stirred carefully, apply the paint with a paint roller, paintbrush and by spraying (adjust the spraying parameters properly for machine application.) Apply the second coat only when the first one has dried out completely. The applied coat takes approx. 12 hours to cure enough to allow use of the area being renovated. In order to avoid different shades of the coloured paint, it is recommended to use the same batch numbers, or to mix the paint from several containers of different batch numbers. Stir the product frequently while working, and close the container tightly after use. Do not mix with other paints or chemicals. After use, wash the tools with water.

Tools
Paintbrush, paint roller or spraying equipment.

Working conditions
Work in ambient and substrate temperatures between +5°C and +25°C. Low temperature and high air humidity prolong the drying time. Attention must be paid to ensure good room ventilation. Failure to keep proper conditions at paint application and drying phases may result in discolouration and tint distortion.

Storage
In original, not damaged, tightly closed containers in temperature between +5°C and +25°C – shelf life 18 months from production date. Protect from frost during transport and storage.

Notes
The specifications and instructions for use are given for the temperature of (23±2)°C and relative air humidity of (50±5)%. The drying time may alter in different conditions. Wear safety goggles. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Protect your skin. Use protective clothing and gloves. Keep away from children. Use water to remove fresh dirt or ALPOL AI 770 cleaner to remove hardened dirt. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage caused by unskilful or inappropriate use of the product.
