Substrate type
Properly seasoned cement-lime plaster, concrete surfaces and other mineral surfaces. Thermal insulation systems, finished with decorative thin-coat plaster. Highly adhesive dispersion and mineral paint coatings. Not intended for timber substrates.

Substrate preparation
The surface should be dry, clean, stable and sound, free from dust and greasy spots, without biological and chemical efflorescence (salty or corrosive). Wash old surfaces with jet of water. Remove any loose material not bonded to the substrate. Level and patch irregularities. Before paint application, absorbing chalky or dusty mineral substrates should be primed with ALPOL AG 707 silicate-polymer primer for mineral substrates. For paining freshly made cement-lime plasters, allow minimum 4-week seasoning time. Newly made acrylic and silicone decorative plaster can be painted no sooner than 3 days after application, whereas for mineral and silicate plaster, the period extends to 14 days. For cracks wider than 0.25 mm, it is recommended to prime them locally and then coat with ALPOL AF 645 highly flexible acrylic paint. Cracks wider than 1.2 mm in decorative plaster are to be filled with permanently flexible filling compound that is suitable for painting, whereas for cement-lime plaster, cracks are to be grooved and filled with a suitable plastering mortar.

Instructions for use
The product is ready to use. After careful stirring, apply the paint with a paintbrush or roller. It is recommended that the paint be applied in two coats without diluting. Apply the second coat only when the first one dries completely. In order to avoid different shades of the coloured paint, it is recommended to use the same batch numbers, or to mix the paint from several containers of different batch numbers. Stir the product frequently while working, and close the container tightly after use. After use, wash the tools with water.

Working conditions
Work in ambient and surface temperatures between +5°C and + 25°C. Do not add water, other paints or preparations. Avoid working in direct sunlight, during strong wind and high air humidity. One coat is dry to touch after around 3 hours from application. The coat is fully hardened after min. 24 hours. Low temperature and high air humidity prolong the drying and curing time. Protect a newly applied paint coating until it is completely dry from precipitation by using suitable covers, as improper conditions during application and drying may result in discolouration and tint distortion.

Storage
Store in original, unopened packages in dry place – shelf life 12 months from production date. Protect from freezing during transport and storage.

Notes
The specifications and instructions of use are given for the temperature (23±2)°C and relative humidity of air (50±5)%. The drying time may alter in different climate. Contains hydroxyimidazole and isothiazolone derivatives. May cause allergic reactions. Wear safety goggles. In case of contact with eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water and get medical attention. Protect also your skin. Use protective clothing and gloves. Keep away from children. Clean fresh stains with water. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage caused by unskilful or inappropriate use of the product.
