Masonry components
Clean bricks and hollow clay tiles, silicate blocks, concrete and cellular concrete blocks, natural stone.

Substrate preparation
Substrate surface to be filled or repaired should be clean, stable and sound. Dry and highly absorptive substrate should be moistened with water.

Instructions for use
Mix the contents of bag with specified amount of clean and cold water and stir manually or mechanically to bring the mortar to homogenous and required consistency. Allow 5 minutes and stir the prepared mix again. Apply the mortar with a trowel and remove the excess after smoothening. Use prepared mix within 2 hours from mixing with water. If the mortar thickens in that period of time, stir it again thoroughly without adding water. Adding too much water impairs all mortar characteristics, such as adhesion and strength.

Tools
Tilting mixer, low-speed electric mixer, basket mixer, trowel, container for mortar and water.

Working conditions
Work in ambient temperatures between +5°C and +30°C . Do not add any other agents to the mortar. Protect fresh masonry work, repaired or grouted spots from excessive drying and moisture.

Storage
Store in original, unopened packages in dry place – shelf life 12 months from production date. Protect from moisture during transport and storage.

Notes
The specifications and instructions for use are based on the temperature of (20±2)°C and relative air humidity (65±5)%. The workability may vary depending on conditions. Becomes alkaline after mixing with water. Irritating to eyes, respiratory system and skin. Appropriate eye, respiratory system and skin protection measures should be used. In the case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Keep out of the reach of children. Use water to clean fresh dirt or ALPOL AI 770 cleaner to remove hardened dirt. The manufacturer assumes no liability for damage resulting from unskillful or improper use of the product.
