Masonry components
Cellular concrete blocks, expanded clay aggregate concrete blocks, silicate bricks and blocks or other highly absorptive masonry components.

Substrate preparation
Masonry components should be clean and sound. Dry and highly absorptive substrate should be moistened with water.

Instructions for use
Mix the contents of bag with specified amount of clean and cold water and stir manually or mechanically to bring the mortar to homogenous and required consistency. Allow 5 minutes and stir the prepared mix throughout again. Carefully level the wall base. Apply the ready mortar with a trowel and spread it with notched trowels or with a special dosing device with notched edge. Lay the bricks and press them lightly. Once laid, brick arrangement can be changed within 7 minutes time. Bond the bricks within max. 10 minutes from spreading a thin layer of the mortar on the substrate. Apply mortar also to the vertical planes of the bricks if they do not have “interlocks”. Use prepared mix within 4 hours from mixing with water. If the mortar thickens in that period of time, stir it again thoroughly without adding water. Adding too much water impairs all mortar characteristics: stripping strength and setting time. Clean and stainless tools are recommended to work with.

Tools
Low-speed electric mixer, basket mixer, mortar dosing device or notched trowel, container for mortar and water.

Working conditions
Work in ambient temperatures between +5°C and +30°C. Do not add any other agents to the mortar. Protect fresh masonry work from excessive drying and moisture.

Storage
Store in original, unopened packages in dry place – shelf life 12 months from production date. Protect from moisture during transport and storage.

Notes
The specifications and instructions for use are based on the temperature of (20±2)°C and relative air humidity (65±5)%. The workability may vary depending on conditions. Becomes alkaline after mixing with water. Irritating to eyes, respiratory system and skin. Appropriate eye, respiratory system and skin protection measures should be used. In the case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Keep out of the reach of children. Use water to clean fresh dirt or ALPOL AI 770 cleaner to remove hardened dirt. The manufacturer assumes no liability for damage resulting from unskillful or improper use of the product.
