Instructions for use
Mix the contents of bag with specified amount of cold and fresh water and stir manually or mechanically to bring the mortar to homogeneous mixture and plastic consistency. Pour the mortar into the fence post, up to 10-20 cm below its top edge. Use reinforcing bars inside the posts. When the mortar has initially set, place a ventilation box on its surface to allow moisture removal, and protect the post from rain and snow exposure with an appropriate roof. Work carefully and remove any stains without moistening. Clean and stainless tools are recommended to work with. Use prepared mix within 3 hours from mixing with water. If the mortar thickens in that period of time, stir it again thoroughly without adding water. Adding too much water impairs all mortar characteristics: adhesion, strength, setting time and resistance to efflorescence.

Tools
Tilting mixer or a large mortar container, low-speed electric mixer, basket mixer, brush, container for water dosing.

Working conditions
Work in ambient temperatures between +5°C and +25°C. Do not add any other agents to the mortar. While working and after pouring into the posts, cover the top of the fresh mortar with canvas or membrane for 7 days, to protect it from unfavourable weather conditions. Protect the posts in order to allow ventilation and removal of moisture. Do not point in foggy, rainy or hot days.

Storage
Store in original, unopened packages in dry place – shelf life 12 months from production date. Protect from moisture during transport and storage.

Notes
The specifications and instructions for use are given for the temperature of (20±2)°C and relative air humidity of (65±5)%.°The workability may alter in different conditions. Irritating to eyes and respiratory system. Appropriate eye, respiratory system and skin protection measures should be used. Becomes alkaline after mixing with water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Keep away from children. Use water to remove fresh dirt or ALPOL AI 770 cleaner to remove hardened dirt. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage caused by unskilful or inappropriate use of the product.
