Masonry components
Various clean ceramic bricks and blocks of cellular, styro, sawdust and expanded clay aggregate concrete.

Substrate preparation
Masonry components should be clean and sound. Highly absorptive substrate should be moistened with water.

Instructions for use
Mix the contents of bag with specified amount of clean and cold water and stir manually or mechanically to bring the mortar to homogenous and required consistency. Allow 5 minutes and stir the prepared mix again. Apply with a trowel or a mortar dosing device. Use prepared mix within 5 hours from mixing with water. If the mix thickens in that period of time, stir it throughout again without adding water. Adding too much water prolovngs setting time and impairs all mortar characteristics, such as: adhesion, strength and heat transfer coefficient.

Tools
Tilting mixer, low-speed electric mixer, basket mixer, trowel, container for mortar and water.

Working conditions
Work in ambient temperatures between +5°C and +30°C. Do not add any other agents. Protect fresh masonry work from excessive drying and moisture.

Storage
Store in original, unopened packages in dry place – shelf life 12 months from production date. Protect from moisture during transport and storage.

Notes
The specifications and instructions for use are given for the temperature of (20±2)°C and relative air humidity of (65±5)%. The workability may alter in different conditions. Becomes alkaline after mixng with water. Irritating to eyes and respiratory system. Appropriate eye, respiratory system and skin protection measures should be used. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Keep away from children. Use water to remove fresh dirt or ALPOL AI 770 cleaner to remove hardened dirt. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage caused by unskilful or inappropriate use of the product.
